2. Welcome to our restaurant
– Choosing the 3 dishes from the menu we are going to cook.
– A brief description of Vietnamese cuisine and agenda for the program.
3. ~1-hour cycling ride around the countryside of Vietnam with beautiful views. Don’t forget to make beautiful pictures.
4. Visit the market where we buy the ingredients we need for cooking.
– We show you how to choose high-quality products.
– opportunity to make beautiful pictures of the local market.
5. We go back to our restaurant and start cooking.
6. We enjoy the results of the cooking class, we eat and taste what we made.
7. Enjoy some time together, relaxing by the swimming pool.
8. Dropping off to your accommodation.

MENU:
Together with the group, we decide which dishes we are gonna cook. it will be 1 main dish plus 1 sub-dish from the menu below, plus one dish suggested by our chef.

MAIN DISHES:
1. Vietnamese traditional grilled pork served with noodles and herbs.
2. Fried spring rolls.
3. Stir-fried goat or chicken with lemongrass.
4. Chicken hot pot.
5. Sweet potato cake
6. Spinach salad

SUB-DISHES:
1. Morning glory salad.
2. Mixed salad.
3. Sweet potato cake

INCLUDING:
Pick up + Drop off from hotels in Ninh Binh (Ninh Binh City, Trang An, Tam Coc)
Welcome drink
One hour bicycle tour and visit the local market.
